WEEKEND HOSPITALITY
Parking: Welcome people before they even enter the building by helping direct traffic, parking, and pedestrian flow. Volunteers are scheduled every 3 weeks. They arrive about 60 minutes before the first service and end 15 minutes after the start of the last service of the day.
Greeters: Be one of the first friendly faces guests encounter by welcoming people as they arrive through our doors and helping them feel at home. Volunteers arrive at least 30 minutes before service and stay at their position until about 15 minutes into the start of service.
Cafe: Help create a warm first impression by preparing and serving coffee before each Sunday service. Volunteers arrive about 60 minutes early to prepare supplies and brew coffee. They close the cafe at the start of the second service.
Ushers: Hand out sermon notes and communion elements at the doors to the auditorium, help people find seats, assist with service logistics, clean up after service, help maintain an orderly and welcoming environment. Volunteers arrive at least 35 minutes prior to service, serve throughout service until about 20 minutes after service ends.
Guest Services Desk: Help guests navigate the church, answer questions, provide information, and connect people with the right person or next step. Volunteers arrive at least 30 minutes early and return at the end of service to serve until about 20 minutes after service.
PRODUCTION & CREATIVE
Safety Team: The Safety Team applies reasonable, basic safety measures to maximize the flow of ministry, worship, and teaching that takes place at all Bridgeway Church facilities and events. The Safety Team is an extension of our Men’s Ministry.
Production: Our production team is the backbone of our weekend services serving those in building and our growing online community with audio, video, computer, lighting and online engagement. Volunteers are scheduled to serve either Saturday service or both Sunday services. They arrive 2 hours before service begins and are done about 15 minutes after service.

Creative Team: The creative team meets monthly to brainstorm, design and create stages for sermon series, productions and other creative projects for Bridgeway Church.
Worship: Whether you sing or play an instrument, come audition for our team! Volunteers are scheduled for all services on a given weekend and attend rehearsal during a weeknight prior to service. On Saturday and Sunday, volunteers arrive 2 hours before the start of each service and are dismissed after the final service of the day.
KIDS & YOUTH
Kidsway Classroom: Serve directly with our Kidsway kids by creating a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled environment where every child can feel Seen, Heard and Loved. Volunteers arrive at least 30 minutes before service, serve during service and stay for about 30 minutes after to reset.
Kidsway Check-in: Be the first smile our Kidsway families see! Welcome families, check kids in, and help parents with questions or check-in needs. Volunteers arrive at least 30 minutes before service, serve during service and stay for about 30 minutes after.
Kidsway Classroom Prep Team: Help get Kidsway ready for the weekend by preparing curriculum, crafts, copies, and supplies so our weekend volunteers can focus on loving and serving kids. Volunteers meet during the week, based on team availability.
Kidsway Classroom Cleaning Team: Help keep Kidsway clean, fresh, organized, and ready for every child by sanitizing toys, wiping surfaces, tidying, and giving classrooms TLC. Volunteers meet in the daytime on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month.
B7 Students: B7 Students is our student ministry for grades 6th-12th and it meets Wednesday nights. Our main goal is to bridge students, their families, and those who don’t know the Lord to a warm and friendly church environment.
COMMUNITY & GROUPS
Outreach: Help Bridgeway connect with and serve people beyond Sunday services through outreach opportunities and community engagement. Time commitments vary by opportunity. Growth Group Leader: Lead a weekly gathering and offer ministry care, support, and connection to the 10-15 members of your group. Prerequisite: you must attend a full semester of Growth Group and request to be nominated as a leader by your group leader. Email for more info: Groups@Bridgeway.tv
